面向行业需求的高职院校产学研合作教育新模式

摘　　要：传统的高职院校产学研合作教育,存在的一个缺陷是,没有真正兼顾到企业主体的需求与利益,因此呈现出高校一头热的现象,阻碍了产学研合作教育的正常开展。通过分析产业对高校的迫切需求和高职院校的自身优势,设计出一种面向行业以“科研+双向培训”为引擎的的产学研合作新模式,并在实践中加以应用和推广。There is a limitation in the traditional education combined with industry,education and scientific research,in which some requirements and benefits of industry were not fully considered,thus such education became a piece of unilateral work in higher vocational colleges and hindered the development of the co-op education.In this paper,the authors analysed some urgent requirements of the industry to the colleges and the advantages of the Higher vocational colleges,a new mode with an industry-oriented “scientific research + two-way training” as an engine in the co-op education is designed,applied and promoted in practice.
