摘　　要：产学研结合教育是我国发展高职教育的既定方针,本文从专业培养目标定位,教学体系的改革,教学内容的改革,学生综合素质的提高,“双师型”教师队伍的建设等方面对机电类专业产学研人才培养模式进行了探索与实践。Co-op education is a set policy on developing the higher vocational education in China.In this paper,the cultivating modes for mechatronics majors through education with industry and scientific research are researched and practised by positioning the majors cultivating target,reforming the teaching system,renewing the teaching content,improving the student’s basic qualities,constructing the team of “instructor & engineer” teachers.
