摘　　要：法学专业立体实践教学模式是一种创新型实践教学模式,它与现行相关法学实践法学教学模式既有联系又有区别,我们要明确其联系和区别,进而建构以实践课程体系为主线的纵向实践教学体系与以社会实践为主体的横向实践教学体系相结合的立体实践教学模式.Three-dimensional practical teaching of law specialty is an innovative teaching model which combines longitudinal practical teaching system and traverse one.The longitudinal practical teaching system gives priority to practice courses and the traverse one the social practice.Their combination distinguishes the three-dimensional model from the existing practical teaching of law specialty.To establish such a model,its relationship with and distinction from the current practical teaching shall be determined.
