摘　　要：当前大学生的犯罪状况与引起大学生犯罪的原因,与大学生的心理素质、法律意识、道德境界等因素有关,因此,预防和减少大学生犯罪,要注重大学生的精神健康,提升大学生心理、法律素质和道德境界,提高其道德"觉解"水平,培养大学生树立良好的德行,由法律强制约束向道德自律约束发展。The crimes from college students and the causes are related with their psychological quality,lawful consciousness,moral level and so on.To prevent and reduce their crimes,their spirit,psychology,lawful consciousness and morality must be valued to raise their level of 'awareness' and cultivate good behavior,developing from lawful obligation to moral self-discipline.
