摘 要:数控转台用永磁环形力矩电动机回转送进系统采用直接驱动技术后,对负载扰动和参数变化更为敏感,使系统的伺服性能大大降低。采用多目标遗传算法设计H∞速度控制器,对H∞速度控制器参数优化选取,与传统H∞速度控制相比,该控制方法可以有效地抑制负载扰动和参数变化对数控转台伺服系统的影响,使系统具有更强的鲁棒性,并获得良好的跟踪响应。仿真结果表明,所提出的多目标遗传算法H∞速度控制使数控转台回转送进系统对负载扰动及参数变化具有更强的鲁棒性和快速性。During to adopt direct drive technology, permanent-magnet ring torque motor rotary feeding System used in NC rotary table is more sensitive to load disturbances and parameters variations, which greatly reduces servo performances of the system. An H∞ speed controller was designed by multi-objective genetic algorithms to optimize the parameters of H∞ speed control. Compared with conventional H∞ speed control, this control method effectively rejects the effect of load disturbances and parameters variations on NC rotary table servo system to enable the system to have better robustness, achieves good tracking response. Simulation results show that the proposed multi-objective genetic algorithms H∞ speed control enables the NC rotary table rotary feeding system to be better in robustness and rapidity against load disturbances and parameters variations.
