摘  要:目的分别用减压干燥法、冷冻干燥法、喷雾干燥法对愈痫灵颗粒浓缩液进行干燥,同时比较3种不同干燥方法的效果。方法以阿魏酸含量损失率为指标,对干燥方法的效果进行比较。结果冷冻干燥法、喷雾干燥法的阿魏酸含量损失率均低于减压干燥法;从方法对设备的要求方面看,喷雾干燥法与冷冻干燥法相比,前者对于设备的要求更低些,并且能够缩短生产周期。结论经综合考虑,喷雾干燥法更为合理可行,适于工业化生产。Objective To compare the drying effects of the concentration in Yuxianling granules with depression dry,freeze drying and spray drying respectively.Methods The rate of the loss of ferulic acid was used to compare the drying effect as quality marker.Results Effect of on the rate of the loss of ferulic acid with freeze drying and spray drying was lower than that of depression dry.Freeze drying was more strictly with industrial pharmaceutical equipment than spray drying.Moreover,the former can lessen the producing period and decrease the labour strength.Freeze drying is reasonable and practicable,and it also can offer the guideline for the industrial manufactuer.Conclusion Accoring to the aspects,freeze drying is much better than the rest of dry methods.
