摘　　要：病历质控工作的核心在于如何保持病历质量管理的压力以及临床各科室的参与和重视。进一步完善病历质控体系,促进医疗质量提升的可行策略和措施尤为重要。Advanced the strategy and measure how to improve the quality control system of medical record, and how to accelerate the quality increase of medical record. According this research, the author suggested that it is the kernel that how to keep the management pressure of quality control and how to keep the enlistment、recognition of mostly department.
