肠安康制剂的“一种剂型、胃肠二步释药模式”研究

摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎是原因不明的炎症性大肠疾病,是现代难治病之一。中医治疗本病主要采用口服汤剂配以灌肠剂,达到标本兼治的目的,但是口服给药生物利用度低,灌肠给药仅能达到乙状结肠部位。本课题组在创制肠安康制剂过程中提出"一种剂型、胃肠二步释药模式",为治疗该疾病提供了新方法。Ulcerative Colitis is an agnogenic and refractory large intestinal disease.As to treatment with Chinese medicine,decoction plus enteroclysis are mainly applied for the cause and symptom.Unfortunately the decoction's bioavailability is low and enteroclysis administration only reaches colon sigmoideum.The present research group put forward a model of one praeparatum and gastrointestinal double delivery,as a novel way for treatment.
