摘 要:我国制造业的迅速发展与高质量技术应用型人才匮乏的矛盾,迫使高等工程教育进行改革。本文提出“产学”合作教育作为一种培养模式,应贯穿在整个技术应用性人才培养的教育教学过程中。根据我院三年来的“产学”合作教育实践,归纳出企业参与“产学”合作教育的利益驱动机制;企业与学校之间利益的动态调整机制;构建以人才质量为基础,企业、学校和学生的三赢机制;“产学”合作教育的规范化管理保障机制;构建以“企业标准与教育标准有机融合”为基础的教育教学改革与运行机制。There exist a contradiction between the rapid development of manufacturing industry and shortage of high quality technique-applicable talents in China, which forces the advanced engineering education to make some refrom. This article suggests that as a talent cultivation model, the industry-education cooperation should be conducted through the whole educational process of cultivating technicians with practical experiences. Based on three-year practice of industry-education cooperation in our college, the author makes a conclusion that several advanced educational mechanisms should be introduced into colleges: (1)Benefit motivated mechanism of enterprises' participation in the industry-education cooperation. (2)Dynamic adjustment mechanism of benefit between enterprises and colleges. (3)Mutual benefit mechanism among enterprise, colleges and students. (4)Standard administration and guarantee mechanism of the industry-education cooperation. (5)Reforming and operating mechanism of education and teaching which well integrates the enterprise standards with educational standards.
