高职大学生心理健康状况与总体幸福感状况及其相关关系研究

摘　　要：本研究旨在研究探索高职大学生心理健康与总体幸福感状况及其相关关系。研究表明:高职大学生心理健康总体水平明显低于全国常模及一般普通本科院校学生。高职大学生的心理健康水平与主观幸福感水平呈极强的负相关,值为-0.635;研究证明,高职大学生心理健康问题是影响其总体幸福感的非常重要的因素。通过各种有效方式,提高其心理健康水平,能够显著提高其总体幸福感水平,进而提高其精神生活质量。This paper aims at research on higher-professional-college students' psychological health and sense of general happiness and the relationship between the both. It shows that higher-professional-college students' sense of general happiness is obviously lower than that of the national average and 4-years-college-students. The level of higher-professional-college students' sense of general happiness has a negative relation with their subjective sense of happiness, with a numerical value -0.635; and their psychological health problem is also considered as one of the important factors that influences their sense of happiness. The article offers various kinds of effective counter-measures to improve their psychological health so as to increase the level of their sense of happiness, and further improve the quality of their spiritual life.
