摘　　要：传统的企业教育存在许多局限。基于自在人假设的S型管理提倡所有员工自觉学习和终身学习,改变了企业教育的职能、内容、地位,使得企业教育向企业战略的中心移动,提升了企业管理的水平。Traditional enterprise education has many defects.S management based on the self-free man hypothesis advocates voluntary learning and encourages learning for life.It has changed enterprise education's function,substance and position.S management moves enterprise education to the center of strategy,and also improves management.
