摘　　要：高职教育的蓬勃发展引发了人们对高职生就业问题的关注,高职生就业面临严峻的形势是客观事实,通过加强高职教育办学的市场适应性、强化高技能培养来打造高职生的就业核心竞争力,使之成为高职院校为高职生抢占就业市场的强有力支持。Rapid development of senior vocational education brings about the a ttention to the employment of the graduates.The author holds that senior vocati onal schools should strengthen their flexibility to employment market in school running and reinforce students' employment competence with high skills.These wi ll provide the graduates of senior high schools with strong support to enter the employment market.
