摘　　要：我国高校的信息化网络建设与应用已初具规模,但如何去评估当今建设的优劣却是一个新的课题。本文论述并分析编制高校信息化网络建设与应用评估标准的指导思想、原则、方法等有关问题。Our colleges and universities information network construction and application has begun to take shape,but how to assess the merits of the building is a new topic.The preparation of evaluation criteria is from the guiding ideology,principles,methods with,through rational thinking on these issues,to build a system to provide information and assessment on the basis of.
