摘 要:随着课程改革的深入,教师的专业发展已经超越教师个人层面,向教师职业群体专业化迈进。因此,反思传统教育中教师文化的缺失,分析现代教育理念中关于教师群体文化的特征,构建健康的合作型教师群体文化,对促进教师集体和个体的自觉主动发展有着十分重要的意义。With the deepening of curriculum reform, the professional development of teachers has moved from emphasis on the growth of individuals to the stress on the development of the collective.Therefore,it is of great significance for us to examine the lack of teacher culture in our traditional education,analyze the characteristics of the culture of teacher community in modern educational ideas and construct a healthy and collaborative culture of teacher groups to stimulate the autonomous growth of teachers.
