摘  要:目的观察三七皂苷PNS及单体Rb1、Rg1对局灶性脑缺血所致体感诱发电位SEP、运动功能、电镜超微结构的影响。方法选用Wistar大鼠35只,随机分为5组:1组为对照组,2组为大脑中动脉梗死MCAO组,3、4、5组MCAO前后给予NIM、Rb1、Rg1。结果4组MCAO后4、8、16h运动功能障碍程度与2组比较有显著区别P<0.05。4、5组均能缩短SEP潜伏期,与2组比较有显著统计学意义P<0.05。电镜超微结构显示4、5组神经细胞膜、核膜结构正常,毛细血管内皮完整,嵴清晰,粗面内质网丰富。结论1Rb1能改善缺血神经的传导功能,减轻运动功能障碍程度。2Rg1保护缺血脑组织损伤及神经元的坏死作用弱于Rb1、NIM,对神经功能无明显改善作用。Objective To observe the effect Rb1 and Rg1 on sport function,SEP,eleotroscopic ultrastructure.Method 35 rats were randomly divided into the five groups:group 1(control),group 2(operation control),group 4(Rb1),group 5(Rg1)and group 3(NIM).SEP and sport function,electroscopic ultrastructure were examined before and after procedure.Result Group 4 was obviously different(P< 0.05)compared with group 2.Both group 4 and group 5 can shorten the latercy of cerebral ischemia,(P< 0.05)compared with group 2.Electroscopic ultrastructure proved that in group 4,5,neuratic cell membrane and neucliar membrane were normal,capillary endothelium was integral,mito chondria was sharp and endophasmic reticulumon the rough surface was ample.Conclusion (1)Rb1 can improve ischemic nerve conductivity,lessen the severity of sport function and protect ischemic cell damage and nerve-cell necrosis.(2)Rg1 is less effective in pro-tecting ischemic brain from histologic damage and nerve-cell necrosis than Rb1 and NIM.
