摘　　要：学科建设是提高高校整体学术水平的重要措施 ,本文就学科建设工作中的优秀学术带头人应具备的基本素质进行了论述 ,并对有关如何发掘与培养学术带头人等提出了相应的措施。The subject construction is an important measure to improve the whole academic level of colleges and universities. In the paper, the basic qualifications that the excellent academic leader should have had during the work of subject construction is discussed, and the corresponding measures are put forward about how to excavate and cultivate the academic header. [
