摘　　要：学分制是教学管理制度的一种模式,也是提高教学质量的一种手段。实行学分制管理制度,是在更高层次上实行更有序的管理,有利于最大限度地发挥教与学的积极性,并使管理最好地服务于教学。进一步完善和实行学分制将有效地促进教学改革,提高人才培养质量。因此完善学分制是深化高等教育改革的必然趋势。Credit system is a pattern of teaching management and a means of improring teaching quality as well.Credit system is more orderly management on a higher level.lt is of benefit in motivating teaching and learning to their full entent.In addition,management can best serve teaching.Further perfection and implementation of credit system will effectively promote teaching reform and improve talents quality.So perfection of credit system is an inevitable trend of deepening higher education reform.
