摘　　要：当代大学生思想政治教育面临着许多新情况、新问题和新挑战,这给高校思想政治教育课教师提出了更高的要求,高校思想政治教育课教师应从政治信念、业务素质和实践能力等方面培养和提高综合素质,发挥在高校政治教育中的主导作用。The ideological and political education in university faces a lot of new problems and new chanllenges,which requires teachers cultivate and improve their comprehensive quality from political faith,professional quality and practical ability and give full play to the teaching of ideological and political course.
