摘　　要：体育教师是新课程的执行者与实施者 ,教师自身素质的高低将直接关系到新课程的质量。本文从新《体育与健康》课程标准入手 ,对体育教师应具备的基本素质进行调查与分析并得出结论。As the implementer of new course, the P.E teachers are required to obtain certain basic quality, which will directly affect the result of the course. This paper analyzes that the required qualities which the teachers should own within the frame of standards of 'Sports and Health'.
