摘　　要：教师和学生是高校的主体,教师积极性的高低直接影响高校的教育产品———学生质量。高校教师积极性受众多主客观因素的影响。从教师自身和学校等方面分析影响教师积极性的因素,进而制定实施增强教师积极性的方法,以提升教育质量。Teachers and the students are the main body of the institution of higher learning.The teachers' initiative directly affects the educational product of the institution of higher learning——the students' quality.The teachers' initiative is influenced by many subjective and objective factors.Viewing from the angle of the teachers themselves and the school,the paper analyses the factors affecting the teachers' initiative and further to propose the method of strengthening the teachers' initiative so as to enhance the educational quality.
