普通高等学校高等职业教育发展探析

摘　　要：普通高等学校高等职业教育是我国高等职业教育的重要组成部分 ,其健康发展对整个高等职业教育的发展走向具有引领作用。当前 ,把专科层次的高等职业教育办成了普通高等教育本科“压缩型”的现象在相当一部分普通高等学校高等职业教育中仍然存在。这无疑偏离了职业教育的方向 ,需要制定相应的办学规则加以制约。普通高等学校职业学院对自身办学环境和条件应有清醒的认识 ,要发挥优势 ,抑制不利因素的影响 ,在发展中将学历教育与培训并举 ,以专科层次教育为主 ,坚持为地方服务的方向 ,建立校企密切合作机制 。Higher vocational education offered in universities plays an important and leading role for the vocational education in China, yet in reality it is fairly general in quite some universities that such education is actually a “miniedition” of the normal B.A degree education, which is doubtlessly a deviation from the true vocational education and should be corrected. The vocational schools and colleges of the universities should have a clear understanding of their environment and conditions, exploit their advantages, aim at their specialized goals, serve the local needs, and cooperate with the enterprises, so as to strengthen themselves.
