摘　　要：针对目前学位论文评价存在的问题,以博士生学位论文为例,研究学位论文的评价方法及其实现。用加权平均的方法处理定量评价的数据,应用模糊综合评判的方法处理定性评价中分档评价的结果,用评语关键句的方法处理定性评价中的评语,并可将定量和定性评价相结合进行综合评价。编制相应的基于网络的评价软件系统,实现对学位论文的网上科学评价。Aiming at the problems now existing in the appraisement of the academic dissertation, the authors take the doctoral dissertation as an example and study the appraisal method for the academic dissertation and its realization. This paper applies the weighted average method to deal with the quantitative appraisal data, and adopts the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to treat the separate\|level appraisal results in the qualitative evaluation. It also deals with the comments on the qualitative evaluation by means of the method of commenting on the key sentences, and combines the quantitative appraisal with the qualitative appraisal to conduct the synthetic evaluation. The corresponding software system based on the network has been designed to realize the network appraisal on the academic dissertation.
