高校共青团工作模式创新研究

摘　　要：高等教育的迅速发展,对高校共青团工作提出了更高的要求。但是,由于团的系统普遍交替比较频繁,短期效应比较突出,团的工作往往是重形式而轻内容,重宣传而轻效果,重实践操作而轻理论研究,因此难以上层次,上水平。如何充分发挥"一体两翼"大团建模式的优势,使其更好地为高等教育服务?笔者经过几年的实践摸索,认为高校共青团工作必须牢牢把握一个中心,突出抓好两个重点,努力强化三个意识,不断深化四大活动,大力加强五项建设。The higher education's quick development request the Comunist Youth League's work in academies higherly.But, because of handing over is widespread in the Comunist Youth League , and the short-term effect is outstanding, and the Comunist Youth League's work usually signifies form and makes light of contents, signifies propaganda and makes light of result, signifies fulfillment operation and makes light of theories research, therefore good result is difficult.How to bring into full play the advantage of the 'one main body and two wings', and make it good for the higher education service? the authersthink the Comunist Youth League's work in academies must hold firmly one center , outstandingly grasp two keystones, and enhance three consciousnesses, continuously deep four activities, and further enhance five developments.
