摘  要:为了解医学院校学生对课堂教学的认识和主动参与积极性,对四川大学华西医学中心404名学生进行了问卷调查。发现学生希望在课堂上有机会与教师和同学就教学内容进行双向和多向交流。但在具体行动上,学生又缺乏课堂参与主动性。因此,应该改革传统课堂教学方法,有效地调动学生的课堂参与积极性。To understand the initiative of medical students to be positively involved in lecture-based classes, a questionnaire was designed and 404 students majored in clinical medicine, dentistry, preventive medicine, and Chinese-and-Western medicine were recruited to answer the questions on the questionnaire. The results show that the students were not satisfied with their present lecture-based classes, in which information flew one-way only from teachers to be students. They wanted opportunities to communicate with their teachers and classmates during classes, and positively study the contents. For concrete behaviors, on the other hand, most of the students did not have enough initiative to be positively involved in classes. We conclude that enough attention should be paid to arousing students' initiative to be positively involved in classes when any reform of lecture-based classes take place.
