摘　　要：本文从英语语言输入、情感过滤、语言输出和监察等四个方面 。This paper aims to give an idea of how to engineer a successful oral English class with the concern of Krashen's Monitor Model it illustrates how teachers can influence effectively the acquisition of ESL in teaching oral English with the consideration of Monitor in four aspects: input, filter, output and monitor.
