摘　　要：制订教学计划是院校一项基础性、决策性工作.主要阐述了制订教学计划时应处理好8个方面的关系,并提出了处理这些关系的基本原则和具体措施.To work out a teaching program is one basic and decisive task. In this paper, discusses relation of eight pairs of problems needed to be handled in working out the teaching program and puts forward the basic principle and specific measures to handle the relation.
