摘　　要：以监理企业改制为背景 ,根据我国市场经济的情况、监理行业特点 ,并参考已经完成改制企业积累的经验 ,按照泛股制的基本思想和原理 。On the background of the system reform of supervisor firms and according to the situation of market economy in China and the character of the supervisor industry, this dissertation makes thorough study and analysis on the stock share system reform of the supervisor firms. The accumulated experience of the enterprises which have completed the system reform is also referred.
