摘　　要：选课是学分制的核心。本文对教师的教育思想、学生的学习观念、培养计划的弹性、教学资源、管理的软、硬件条件、导师制等影响选课实施的因素进行了深入分析,并针对存在的影响因素,提出了相应的解决对策。Course-selecting is the core of the credit system. The paper analyzes the factors that affect course-selecting, involving teachers' educational thoughts, students' study concepts, elasticity of cultivation plan, teaching resources, software and hardware of management, supervision system and so on. The countermeasures were put forward accordingly. 
