摘　　要：近年来,光电子封装机器人受到国内外研究者的关注。针对光波导封装的过程和特点,重点介绍了光波导封装机器人的研究状况。对于相关的研究工作,在内容和方法上具有一定的指导意义。In recent years, optoelectronic packaging robot has been paid extensive attention at home and abroad. The situation of research on packaging robot for waveguides is introduced, on the basis of the process and characteristic of opto packaging. The introduction is instructive for the substance and method of the research on this field.
