摘　　要：基于处于成长期的55个中国私营企业样本,论文通过重新构建公司创业活动的评价指标,使用两路径和三路径的权变方法,基于中国成长期私营企业的数据,实证研究了公司创业活动对组织绩效的影响。与以往的研究类似,本研究发现创业活动(EA)和组织绩效(EP)之间存在明显的正相关关系。同时,基于中国企业的背景,还得到了其它一些有意义的结论。Based on 55 China's growing private enterprises,by constructing a new measure tool,this paper utilizes two-way and three-way contingency approaches to empirically investigate the effects of corporate entrepreneurial activity on enterprise performance.Consistent with prior research conclusions,this study finds some supports on EA(entrepreneurial activity) and EP(enterprise performance) positive statistically relationship.At the same time,we get several meaningful conclusions under China's distinctive context.
