摘　　要：实行劳动预备制度既是缓解就业压力的有效办法,又是提高新生劳动力素质和改善人力资源整体结构的重要措施。劳动预备制度的贯彻落实,需要发达的职业教育来支撑。我国现有的职业教育资源,具有承担劳动预备制培训的巨大潜力和明显优势,因此,政府应尽快制定有关政策和措施,使职业教育在劳动预备制培训中充分发挥作用。Carrying out Reserve Labour System is not only an effective method to lighten the pressure of em ployment ,but also an important measure to im prove the quality of newly emerging labours and the con-struction of all labour force.The implement of Reserve Labour System depends on the develop ment of vo-cational edu cation and the voca tional ed ucation of our country has great potential and obvious ad vantage undertaking the training task of Reserve Labour System.So the government should make relevant poli cies bring the vocational education into full play in the training of Reserve Labour System.
