摘　　要：对企业员工进行培训是企业人力资源开发的重要途径。本文在系统论述作为成人的企业员工学习特性的基础上,导出现代企业培训应该遵循的基本原则,以期对于企业员工培训有所指导和启示。Training staff is an important path by which enterprises develop huane resources.The article sys-tematically expounds the learn ing characteristics of staff as adults and puts forward the prin ciples that modern enterprise should follow to pro vide guidance and enlightn ment for training staff of enterprises.
