摘　　要：学生进入临床实习阶段后,会出现一些心理变化和波动,临床带教老师应掌握一定的心理学知识,针对学生的心理变化和需求采取有的放矢的带教方法,缓解学生在实习中的心理压力。在技术操作方面不仅要注重操作质量,更要注意带教的方式、方法的运用,重视学生的心理感受,在提高临床教学质量的同时进一步密切师生关系。There will be some psychological changes when the students come into clinical practice. So the teachers should master certain psychology and pay attention to the students’ psychological changes and demands in clinical teaching to alleviate their psychological pressure. In technical operation training, the teachers should pay attention to not only the operation quality, but also the clinical teaching methods and the students’ psychological experience. Thus we can improve the clinical teaching quality and build up the close relationship between teachers and students at the same time.
