摘　　要：家族企业实际上是企业和家族的统一体 ,它是一个经济组织 ,但同时又是一个文化伦理组织。它之所以存在和发展 ,正是对传统家族文化路径依赖的结果。因此 ,从文化角度认真分析家族企业存在的合理性 ,将有助于人们对家族企业作出理性的思考 ;有助于人们结合家族企业所处的社会文化环境作出正确的企业发展决择。The family enterprise is actually a unity of business as an economic organization with the family as an ethnic organization. Its development depends on the tradition of a family culture. Thus a cultural analysis of the family business can help achieve a basic understanding of its proper choices for the future development.
