摘　　要：学科建设是高等院校发展建设的核心,而人的因素又是学科建设中最为根本的.因此在学科建设中以人为本显得重要性,只有以人为本来促进高校学术队伍建设,选准学科研究方向,并搞好学术管理及绩效评估,高校的学科建设才有可能获得根本的发展.Discipline construction is the utmost is sue in college development, in which the person is the fundamental element. Ther efore, “Putting People First” is of special importance. College discipline con struction will develop only when the guideline of people-first is embodied in th e forming of the academic team, in the targeting of the research field and in th e management and appraisal of academic work.
