摘　　要：学校是人才的培养基地,人才的培养是需要一个由"教"到"不教"的过程。怎样才能达到这个目标,自学能力是永远立于不败之地的宝贵能力。作为教育工作者就需要我们循序渐进的培养学生,在学校学习期间,教会他们学会学习,才能使他们在未来的社会中得到发展。School is the culture Base of qualified persons the cultivation of qualified peopk needs A course from "teaching "to no teaching how to reach the aim ? the ability to study independently is the preuous ability that can make a man invincible position forever As teachers , we neeof cultivate students follouing in order and advanle step by step, teach them how to study dwihg the period studying at school , that can make them develop well in future society.
