摘　　要：高校院(系)级教学质量监控指标体系,是高校院(系)级教学质量监控实施的依据,体现着各主要教学环节的质量标准,所以构建科学的院(系)级教学质量监控指标体系是高校院(系)级有效地进行教学质量监控的一个重要的前提性工作。建立与日常教学活动有机结合的院(系)级教学质量监控体系,是高校对教学质量实施全程监控并形成长效的质量保障机制的客观要求。本文就高等学校教学质量监控体系的目的和内涵、高校建立院(系)级教学质量监控体系的必要性、院(系)级教学质量监控体系的构建原则、构建模式及其运行进行了较为深入的探讨。The university encumbrance to bind quality of teaching monitoring indicator system,is the university encumbrance to bind quality of teaching supervises the implementation the basis,is manifesting each main teaching link's quality specification,therefore the construction science's encumbrance to bind quality of teaching monitoring indicator system is the university encumbrance to bind carries on the quality of teaching to monitor an important premise work effectively.The establishment and the daily teaching ...
