对高等师范教育的几点思考

摘　　要：面对知识经济的到来,现行的高师教育应从以下几点着手:对传统的教师观念重新定位;现行高师教育课程体系必须进行改革;更新观念,以重点培养学生创造能力为目的;必须完善教师资格认证制度;必须把对学生的心理素质教育纳入教学计划。Facing the coming of Knowledge Economy,what should the current Higher TeacthersEducation do?We think that we would do it from the following: to give a new location to thetraditional teacther concept;to reform the current system of higher teacthers education;torenew the concept for thepurpose of developing students'creative spirit;to improve theteacther'qualification certificate system;to bring students'psychological quality education into teaching plan.
