摘　　要：分析了各个国家的企业文化特点;指出了求同存异、建立超越民族的全新的价值体系、组建东西交融的多元性企业文化,是当前各跨国公司与合资企业建设企业文化的主要方向;阐述了具有多元文化的企业组建企业文化的特点、方法及建议。To analyze the differences of every culture , find out the same, construct the new value system which surpasses nations from West and East, set up the compromise corporate culture, is the main way of setting up the corporate culture. This text tells us the characteristics and methods of setting up the corporate culture in the international companies ,and gives some helpful suggestions.
