摘 要:大学校风对教职员工素质和行为的影响非常巨大。在当今知识经济时代,除了继承大学以往的优良校风,我们还需要关注知识流通的需要,特别应强调以下三点:一是教职员工的"持续学习"之风,二是大学学者的"知识共享"之风,三是大学行政的"扶持创新"之风。只有具体分析普通教职工、大学学者、大学行政人员等主体对于知识流通的不同需要,立足于大学中全面的知识、全体人的知识,认真辨识和消除其中阻碍知识创新与共享的各方面因素,才能为大学中知识的良性循环与价值提升营造良好的组织氛围。School spirit has strong influences on the quality and behavior of the faculty and staff in universities.In today's era of knowledge economy,in addition to the succession of the exiting excellent school spirit,we also need to pay attention to the needs of the circulation of knowledge,with particular emphasis on the following three points: The first is the live and learn' of the teaching and administrative staff,the second is knowledge-sharing' of scholars and the third is being supportive and innovative' on the part of the university administration.Only by concrete analyzing the different needs of the knowledge circulation of the general staff,scholars and administration in university,placing emphasis on the comprehensive knowledge and the knowledge of all the staff of the university,and seriously identifying and eliminating the various factors that impede the knowledge innovation and sharing,can a good organization atmosphere be created for the favorable circulation and values enhancing of knowledge in universities.
