摘　　要：健全的学习支持服务体系是保证远程教育质量和成功的基础和关键。能否构建起功能完善的学习支持服务体系,直接影响远程教育的质量。完善的成人远程学习支持服务体系必须在以学习者为中心、整体性、建构性、多样性原则指导下,从"物"的支持服务、"人"的支持服务、运行质量保障机制、质量评价反馈四部分入手,以理性态度构建。A sound support services system for learning is the foundation and key to ensure the quality and success of distance education.It will directly affect the quality of distance education whether a support service system for learning with perfect function can be built.Under the guidance of the learner-centered,comprehensive,constructive and diverse principles,a perfect support service system for the adult distance learning should be built with a rational attitude and starting from the support services of objects',support services of human',operation mechanisms of quality assurance and evaluation feedback of quality.
