摘　　要：新世纪的人才应是复合型人才,对人才的素质提出了更高的要求。如何打破传统的教育模式中存在的不足,建立快速提高学生的实践能力、创新意识和创新设计能力的培养模式,是高素质人才培养的关键。该文从两个方面阐述了工程项目引入法实践教学模式的改革与探索,首先拓展个性化设计的理念,来提高学生的创新思维和创新设计的能力,其次通过建立基于团队的工程项目小组,提高学生的综合素质,以期达到高素质工程技术人才的培养目的。The criteria of an advanced-educated person in present day are claimed to gain multiple abilities and skills,which highly demands better quality on educational methodologies.Therefore,it is crucial to reform traditional educational patterns,to develop more efficient and more practical methods to enhance student’s abilities such as practical skills,innovative mentality and creativity.Thus,a novel method of conducting practical project in educational phases is introduced,which is featured with two aspects: ① ...
