浅谈全面促进电大普专毕业生就业指导工作

摘　　要：高校毕业生就业工作,关系到广大毕业生的切身利益,关系到全面建设小康社会的大局,关系到社会政治稳定。对电大系统来讲,更是关系到电大普通班这一办学类型的生存和发展。做好电大普专毕业生的就业工作,要从加强领导,完善机制,优化就业服务,强化就业指导,发挥特色优势,培养适销对路的高素质人才的角度出发,为毕业生充分就业创造良好的学校环境。The graduates' employment work concerns the graduates' vital interests, overall situation of building Well-off society and stability of the society and politics. To system of TV university , the graduates' employment work concerns the survive and develop of ordinary class of TV university . In order to do a good job of TV university graduates' employment,we should strengthen the leadership, perfect the mechanism, optimize the employment service, strengthen careers guidance,exert characteristic advantage, train high-quality talents that adapt to the market and create good environment for graduate's employment.
