摘　　要：公安刑事法律文书的制作应具有合法性,这是我国法治建设的内容之一。公安刑事法律 文书的合法性表现为制作主体、制作格式、制作内容、制作程序等四个方面。There should be legitimacy in the composing of public security criminal legal document. This is part of the content of legal construction of our country. Public security legal document must show people producing subject, producing form, producing content, producing procedure, etc, all of which should all be legal.
