摘　　要：科研兴教是教育决策科学化的根本保证,是提高教育质量、推动教育和教学改革的关键,也是学校持续发展的第一生产力。为加大科研兴教工作的力度,推动学校教育、教学质量的全面提高,应该从更新观念、加强管理、建设队伍、开展活动、交流成果几方面做起。Scientific research prospering education is the fundamental guarantee of scientific school- decision- making, the key of enhancing quality of education and promoting education and teaching reformations, and the first productivity of continuance development of school. To strengthen scientific research prospering education, and accelerate education and teaching quality thoroughly, we must begin from updating views, strengthening management, constructing procession, developing activity and communication of researching fruits.
