摘　　要：染色体组概念的学习是探讨细胞分裂、遗传规律及遗传育种的重要理论基础,是生物相关课程教学中的重难点内容.通过辨析澄清这一概念的易混淆之处,并设计合理的课堂教学,达到了较好的教学效果.The concept of genome is not only an important theoretical foundation of studying on cell division,genetic laws and genetic breeding,but also a key and difficult point in the content of teaching related to biology.It will discriminate and clear up the confusable points of the concept and a wonderful teaching effect will be obtained through the reasonable instructional design.
