摘　　要：荀子的核心思想及其思想史意义、哲学影响在牟先生那里才得以披尽黄沙,见其真金。无论是"客观精神",还是"知性主体",都是理性主义的表现,它们最终都统一于荀子之"礼义之统"。荀子以其逻辑的心、认识的心、纯智的心,建构出作为治辨之极、强国之本、威行之道、功名之总的"礼义之统"。The core idea of Xunzi and the significance of intellectual history,philosophy affect Mou,where sand was able to make disclosure,reflected in gold.Both the "objective spirit" or "intellectual entity",is the performance of rationalism,which ultimately united in the Xunzi the "propriety and justice system." Xunzi its logical mind,understanding of the heart,the heart of pure intellectual construct a rule to distinguish,as very,power of this,Takeyuki way,fame of the total of "propriety and justice system."
