摘　　要：针对高职院校的人才培养特点,结合我院开展顶岗实习工作的实践,探索把学生顶岗实习与"三下乡"实践活动有机结合起来,为行业服务的实践模式。Aiming at the characteristics of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,together with the practical learning on duty,study on the practice mode for service industry by combining practical learning on duty with activity on three kinds of going to the countryside is introduced in this paper.
