摘　　要：教师教育基地建设是一项复杂的系统工程,需要社会系统中的多元主体给予大力支持;教师教育基地建设既要讲究系统性,也要立足于教师教育的特殊性,更要根植于教育的发展需要;地处相同区域的不同教师教育基地应该形成功能耦合的有机系统,各基地不仅要加强各自的内涵建设,同时也要合理分工与合作。The construction of a teachers educational base is a complicated systematic project that demands great support from different subjects in the social system.
