摘　　要：经济生产方式转型、"以人为本"观念的确立和新课程改革实施的大背景,使民族地区学校管理面临前所未有的挑战和机遇,学校管理转型势在必行。而民族地区学校管理面临一系列问题,落后的管理理念不适应市场经济发展的要求、沉重的文盲负担背离了"以人为本"的现代教育理念、数量少的民族本土教师制约着新课改的实施等。因此,民族区学校管理应积极实现转型,创立民族学校教育品牌、传承和弘扬民族文化、加强本土化民族教师的培养、增强民族地区学校管理的市场意识等。Because of the transformation of the economic production pattern,the establishment of the ideal of "putting people first" and the implementation of the new curriculum,the school management in the areas inhabited by ethnic minorities faces great challenges and opportunities,which lead to the transformation of the school management.Thus it is necessary to make a change in the school management in the minority areas,and establish a famous brand of the national school education,inherit and spread the national c...
